Customer Communication Data

Mobile phone numbers, email addresses, and the content of the SMS/MMS messages sent through our system.

Engagement Data

Delivery receipts, read receipts, and user responses (e.g., "STOP," "HELP," or confirmation keywords).

2. The Purpose of Data Collection

We use this information strictly for the purpose of providing and maintaining our services, including:

Sending timely, transactional alerts (order updates, appointment reminders) on behalf of our clients.

Technical Operations

Monitoring message delivery, ensuring system reliability, and preventing technical errors.

Compliance

Maintaining verifiable records of customer consent (opt-in/opt-out) as required by TCPA and TCR.

3. Non-Negotiable SMS Data Sharing PolicyTCR Requirement

This clause is mandatory for A2P 10DLC compliance and is required by carriers to avoid rejection:

We maintain strict privacy protocols for all mobile communication data. Yodie Group LLC will never sell, rent, lease, or share any consumer's mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent status with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal data collected exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Third-Party Service Provider RelationshipISV Disclosure

This clause clarifies that we are a service provider acting on behalf of a client, not the end-user brand itself.

We deliver communications on behalf of the client who collected your consent (the end-user brand, e.g., DF Washington). While we deliver the message, the client (DF Washington) is the ultimate data controller and solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining your explicit consent to receive these messages.

5. Opt-Out and Support

Customers always maintain control over their communication preferences.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of any messaging program provided through our service at any time by replying with the keyword STOP to the number that messaged you.
