Message Types

You will not receive unsolicited promotional or marketing messages unless you have provided specific, separate consent to the End-User Brand for that purpose.

Service Provider Role

Yodie Group LLC acts solely as the technical fulfillment agent responsible for routing and delivering messages on behalf of the End-User Brand that collected your consent.

2. Consent and Enrollment

By providing your mobile phone number to an End-User Brand using our platform, you agree to receive recurring text messages from that Brand via automated technology.

Cost Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply based on your cellular plan.

Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with the End-User Brand (e.g., number of transactions, account activity).

Voluntary Consent

Consent to receive these text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from the End-User Brand.

3. Opt-Out and HELP Instructions

You maintain full control over your subscription preferences.

To Opt Out (STOP)

To stop receiving all text messages from the End-User Brand, reply with the keyword STOP to the number that messaged you. You will receive a final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

For Help (HELP)

For assistance or support regarding the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP. The automated reply will provide the contact information for the specific End-User Brand responsible for your messages.

4. Privacy and Data Security

These terms supplement the Privacy Policy of the End-User Brand from which you originally opted in.

Non-Sharing Clause

Yodie Group LLC will never sell, rent, lease, or share any consumer's mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent status with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data Use

Data related to your messaging activity is used strictly for technical message delivery, service optimization, and compliance reporting required by carriers.
